But again, the Internet was covered at night with a "rock solid" report claimed Beyonce is pregnant, and like all other times, it was a bunch of hooey be. Media Collection argued with great authority that the singer really-really-this-time-we-swear expecting her first child with hubby rapper Jay-Z.

But unfortunately, a publicist for Beyonce from her record label, Sony, Rolling Stone says that the report is simply "untrue."

Media taken for a ride, more like it.

We are glad we did not believe the hype. The couple, married in 2008 after a courtship of six years, have been plagued by pregnancy rumors as they played together in the 2002 video for "Bonnie & Clyde."

But - as evidenced by their current lack of children - the rumors have repeatedly proved to be unfounded. Media and fans routinely examined every inch of the body of B's looking for a baby bump - only to learn later she decided to have a great sandwich that day or forgot to hit the gym. And let's not forget, B revel in his "Bootylicious."
