The actress has reportedly refused to take part in the new season of Celebrity Rehab, she is not an addict --- anymore.

Back in 2008, Locklear apparently tried to take her own life. She later entered a rehab facility, where she was treated for anxiety and depression.

Two months after checking out of the facility for treatment, was Heather arrested on suspicion of impaired driving in Santa Barbara.

Later reports claimed that the Melrose Place actress was high on drugs at the time of her arrest.

In April of this year, was again arrested Locklear - after he was involved in an hit and run.

But Heather clearly has no interest in sorting out its problems, after Dr. Drew to be true offer scrolling.

However, Locklear is not the only star of the show blunt - producers were also rejected by Brooke Mueller, Jenna Jameson and Lindsay Lohan, who reportedly was offered one million U.S. dollars to participate.
